The history of Makardhwaj Sevak Sangh dates back to 2000, when Makardhwaj Sevak Sangh was founded by Rajshree More. Since then, We, Raj Kamal Deaf & Mentally Challenged School(Nivasi) provide education to Deaf & Mentally Challenged student from Nursery to 10th. OUR Vision is of an inclusive world in which all persons with disabilities enjoy their human rights and achieve their full potential.

Regional Priority

1.    Developing cooperation between NGOs, DPOs, SHGs, public sector and other civil society organizations.

2.    Strengthening capacities of DPOs and reinforcing role of Persons with Disabilities in policy making.

3.    Raising awareness and close information gaps for prevention of disability and all forms of intervention.

4.    Mainstreaming disability in the general health sector to help develop better quality of care for people with disabilities.

5.    Developing strategies on state and district level to deliver quality education for children with disabilities.

6.    Improving livelihood, employment opportunities and adequate social protection for persons with disabilities.

7.    Improving reach to persons with disabilities through public private partnerships, government schemes and engagement with multi-faceted stakeholders.

8.    Increasing outreach to women with disabilities and make greater effort to include them into their communities.

9.    Organizational building to improve partner capacities to reach persons with disabilities effectively and efficiently.

10. Knowledge management, research and sharing of knowledge.
